Satellite Finder is the best way to find satellites in geostationary orbit. Simply choose a state or city, or a post code, or geographic position, and Satellite Finder will automatically create and show a complete list of all satellites for that location on the screen.
Satellite Finder includes a list of all US zip codes and their geographic positions. From this large database you only have to insert the name of a city or state, or the zip code.
Once this is done, Satellite Finder will offer you a list of common satellites, and their angle of vision corresponding to the geographic area. It is simple to add or modify satellites via the Satellite Finder data files, that are in plain text. To run correctly, it requires the installation of Java Runtime Environment.
